Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using NiPa Player (the "App") operated by NiPa Studio ("we", "our", or "us").

⚠️ Important Notice:

NiPa Player is exclusively a media player application. We do not provide, sell, commercialize, distribute, host, stream, or supply any IPTV playlists, channels, media content, or streaming services of any kind. The App is a tool that plays content from external sources provided solely by the user. NiPa Studio has no affiliation with any IPTV service provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NiPa Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NiPa Player is a media player application that allows users to play multimedia content from their own sources. The App supports M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API connections provided exclusively by the user.

We do not provide, sell, commercialize, host, distribute, or supply any media content, IPTV playlists, or streaming services. The App is solely a playback tool. All content accessed through the App comes from external, third-party sources configured by the user. NiPa Studio has no control over, affiliation with, or responsibility for such content or its providers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the content you access through the App.
  • You must ensure that the IPTV services and content you access comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You agree not to use the App to access copyrighted content without proper authorization.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

NiPa Player offers a free tier with basic functionality and a Pro subscription with additional features.

  • Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your synced data will be permanently removed from our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of NiPa Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with all IPTV services or streams.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • The quality, legality, or availability of any content accessed through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

NiPa Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages from content accessed through user-provided playlists.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activity through the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
