Delete Account & Data

NiPa Player gives you full control over your account and data. You can delete your account
and all associated data directly from within the App, or by contacting us.
1. How to Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your NiPa Player account and all associated cloud data, follow these steps:
- Open NiPa Player on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
⚠️ Warning:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once
deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.
2. What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our
servers within 30 days:
- Account credentials — your email and authentication data (Firebase
Authentication)
- Synced playlists — all playlist configurations stored in Cloud Firestore
- Synced favorites — all favorite channel data stored in Cloud Firestore
- Subscription association — the link between your account and subscription status
3. What Data Is NOT Deleted
The following data is stored locally on your device and is not affected by account
deletion:
- Local playlists — playlist configurations saved on your device
- Watch history — your viewing history and continue watching progress
- Local favorites — favorites saved on your device
- App settings — your language, theme, and other preferences
To remove this local data, uninstall the App or clear App data from your device settings.
4. Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account
You can also delete specific data without deleting your entire account:
- Playlists — swipe left on any playlist to delete it
- Favorites — tap the heart icon to remove individual favorites
- Watch history — go to Settings and clear your watch history
5. Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid
future charges, cancel your subscription before deleting your account:
- Google Play: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → NiPa Player → Cancel
- App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NiPa Player → Cancel
6. Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to delete your account from within the App, you can request deletion by contacting
us:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and
confirm deletion within 30 days.
